The Board of Directors' Meeting of Siam Makro Public
Company Limited No. 2/2003 held on 14 May 2003 made the following
resolutions:
The meeting unanimously approved the resignation of Mr. James Stent
from the position of the Company's Director and Audit Committee for reason
that he has to work in foreign country with effective date as from May 14,
2003 and appointing Mr. Thira Wipuchanin as the Company's director,
Outside Director and Audit Committee in place of Mr. James Stent.
