With reference to the notification that Siam Makro Public
Company Limited entered into an agreement for the disposition of
its entire interest in Makro Auto Care Co., Ltd. to R.B. Services
Ltd., the completion of which would be on 31 May 2002. Details of
which were given on 8 May 2002.
We would like to inform you that the Company received
the payment and transferred its shares pursuant to the agreement
on 31 May 2002.
