Translation 30 June 2008 Subject Disposal of ordinary shares of Makro Office Centre Company Limited To Director and Manager Stock Exchange of Thailand With reference to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting of Siam Makro Public Company Limited (the "Company") No. 4/2008 held on 28 May 2008 approving the disposal of the Company's entire equity interest in its subsidiary, Makro Office Centre Co., Ltd., to Office Club (Thai) Co., Ltd. (the "Purchaser"), the details of which are as disclosed in a notification submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand dated 28 May 2008, the Company has now completed the transaction in respect of such disposal at the final purchase price of Baht 403,457,915 as mutually determined by the Company and the Purchaser.
