Orkam Holding Asia N.V. 13,926,060 5.80 As reported, Orkam Holding Asia N.V. also has agreed to purchase from BAP, CPNE, BKP, CPFI and the individuals the shares in Holms Green Co., Ltd. and Makro Holding (Thailand) Limited who are shareholders of MAKRO. This will result in an increase of 16.74% equivalent to 40,179,990 shares in MAKRO indirectly hold by Orkam Holding Asia N.V.. Adding to the direct holding of 13,926,060 shares or 5.8% after the transaction, the total number of shares held by Orkam Holding Asia N.V. will be 54,106,050 shares or 22.54% which is no change from what it has been before transaction.
