Siam Makro Plc (MAKRO) refered to the report on motions passed at the board of directors' meeting no.8/1996 released on SET DAILY as of August 31, 1996 saying that the board of directors has approved to incorporate new two subsidiaries, Makro Office Center Co.,Ltd., and Makro Auto Care Co. ,Ltd., and appoint directors of two newly incorporated company.
