SETS UP TWO NEW SUBSIDIARIES

Siam Makro Plc (MAKRO) will set up two new subsidiaries in order to restructure its business. MAKRO will hold more than 90% stake in the two companies' registered capital. The new firms are Makro Office Center Co., Ltd and Makro Auto Care Co., Ltd. Its management will decide on the initial registered capital of those companies.
